Accessibility & Inclusion Policies
We are committed to making our events accessible and inclusive for all participants. We recognise the diverse needs of our runners, including visually impaired (VI) runners, d/Deaf and hard of hearing runners, wheelchair users, and those requiring assistance. By formalising our inclusion policies, we aim to provide clear guidance, ensure consistency across all events, and create an equitable experience for all our participants.
Our goal is to:
- Provide clear and transparent policies so that all runners/Wheelchair users can participate in Run South London.
- Ensure all runners can participate safely, comfortably, in an accessible and inclusive environment.
- Offer clear guidance on registration and adaptations to ensure accessibility.
- Improve communication by making this information easily accessible on our website and within our FAQs.
These policies are designed to remove barriers and ensure that everyone can experience the excitement and achievement of Run South London.
