At AFC Wimbledon Foundation, we believe football has the power to change lives. We take action against inequality, improve lives locally and support people of all ages to learn, grow & achieve. Everything we do is to improve the lives of everyone in our community - with a clear focus on those facing the greatest need, disadvantage and poorest health outcomes. We make a difference through our inclusive programmes that target support and deliver strong partnerships. Through this we:

• Tackle health inequalities and improve physical and mental wellbeing
• Create opportunities for children and young people to thrive
• Support older adults to stay active, connected, and independent
• Provide pathways into education, employment, and volunteering
• Use the power of football to bring people together and strengthen communities

We’re changing what it means to live with these lifelong, incurable gut conditions. Around one in 120 people in the UK have Crohn’s Disease or Ulcerative Colitis, navigating life with an unpredictable condition that could flare up at any time. The impact can be devastating: plans turned upside down; work and education on hold; relationships and wellbeing under strain; dreams for the future paused. Crohn’s? Colitis? We’ll face it together.

Tommy’s fund vital research into miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth, saving babies’ lives. The impact of pregnancy and baby loss can last a lifetime. Our research is here to change that. But we can’t do this alone. We need your support to fund the research and care families rely on.

'Abigail's Footsteps is dedicated to supporting families affected by baby loss and improving bereavement care throughout the UK. We provide specialist baby loss counselling and support for bereaved families, train healthcare professionals in compassionate bereavement care, and supply Abi Cooling Cots to hospitals, helping families spend precious time with their baby and create lasting memories'.

We accelerate research toward interventions and expand access to expert information and clinical care, because everyone living with TBRS deserves knowledge, support, expert care, and hope.
